Settlement input [PD-1161, PD-1212, PD-1233]

You can now add settlements for PSPs using the new Settlements UI.

IBS balances integration [PD-1074, PD-1203]

The iBsettle integration allows you to have an overview of your current balance with IBS.

NOTE: The integration with ibsettle only works if you whitelist the following IP Address: 35.197.235.60

From top to bottom:

  • The integration name will be your reference name.

  • API ID & Secret Token is given to you by IBS

  • IBANs you’re using with IBS

  • Expiry date allows you to track when the IBS credentials expire. PayInsight will send you a Slack notification two weeks before the expiration date so you can renew them with the provider. You cannot add the integration to PayInsight if the expiry date is within 2 weeks.

  • The “Test” button will validate your IBANs against IBS.

Stricter credentials access [PD-1074]

PayInsight now allows you to choose if users should be able to view sensitive information in the Integrations page. If they do not have the “Credentials viewer” access level:

They are unable to view sensitive data such as IBANs with IBS or API Keys.

Filter by no owner [PD-1041]

You are now able to filter PSPs by “No owner” in the Onboarding Matrix.

Improvements💡📈

Buy rates improvements [PD-1143, PD-1227, PD-1250, PD-1226, PD-1241, PD-1242]

PSP accounts are now split by method in the selection screen:

You can now bulk PSP accounts if the rates are the same across all of the MIDs.
You can delete PSP Fees, if necessary.

We updated the input screen to be more user-friendly:

Improved matrix select behavior [PD-1135]

In conjunction with the group functionality, we have further improved certain behaviors with the Matrix.

Improved QA reports page [PD-975]

Updated the QA Reports Page to be easier on the eyes and the ability to quickly see which markets did not pass the QA check.

Ability to multiple planned PSP maintenance schedules [PD-1067]

You’re now able to add multiple scheduled down-times for the same PSP.

Slack webhooks [PD-1140]

We have added a section under Notification Engine to allow the client to define where they want the various notifications supported by PayInsight to go.

Ability to open the info modal from the Matrix. This can be done by clicking the name of the PSP.

Updated logic so there’s only 1 send-out for a PSP Group instead of multiple.

Allow brands to inherit org. slack webhooks [PD-1177]

Added the ability for brands to inherit slack webhooks from the organization level.

  • [PD-1088] - Fixed an issue where user groups randomly got unassigned.

  • [PD-1086] - Fixed an issue where the logos would be small.

  • [PD-1170] - Fixed an issue where PSPs would not display in the PSPs not settling widget

  • [PD-1175] - Fixed an issue where adding a maintenance would throw a 500 error

  • [PD-1239] - Fixed an issue where PSP Cards would display N/A on certain fields

  • [PD-1218] - Fixed an issue where the QA Report PDFs were blank

  • [PD-1141] - Fixed am issue where you were unable to unfavorite performance reports.
