  • Meeting with BadHombre Finance to discuss tool (AM will join to decide action points with Head of IT)

  • COO:
  • Account Management for PayDirection (Chris P) - Once a week and then move later

  • One with BadHombre (once a week / once) - Buzu

  • Once every 2 weeks with RKGameTech

  • Meeting with Brian and Bert from onboarding perspective (matrix)

  • Backlog grooming session -> what we are delivering for each product (after each sprint)

  • Sprint planning

  • 1st week of every Sprint
