How to whitelist

To whitelist a card via email, the content must follow the outlined structure:

Subject [OBLIGATORY]:

Whitelisting for CLIENT

Content [OBLIGATORY]:

Merchant_Identifier;Customer_Email_Address;PSP_Name;Masked_Card;Transaction_Reference;Transaction_amount_in_EUR_incl_currency;Date_of_transaction

Example:

ClientA;clientCustomer@example.com;PSP1;123456****1234;789A321;12 EUR;2024-04-20


PIQ Setup

Email Template

  1. Navigate to Admin > Templates > Email

  1. Press “Add template” around the top-left corner of the Email page:

  1. Add the following content

NOTE: The subject MUST start with “Whitelisting for…
Otherwise, the whitelisting will NOT work.

Email subject:

Whitelisting for INSERT_NAME_OF_YOUR_ORG

Plain text AND HTML:

${ptx.merchantId};${ptx.merchantUser.email};${ptx.psp};${ptx.maskedUserAccount};${ptx.txRefId};${ptx.txAmountBase};${ptx.created}

  1. Save.

Setting up the notification rule

  1. Navigate to Rules > Notification

  1. Press “New?”

  1. Give the rule set any preferred name and add the following details to the rule:

  • Conditions

    • Tx state

      • SUCCESSFUL

    • Payment Method

      • Deposit

  • Actions

    • Email template name

      • Exyipay_whitelisting [or the name you applied upon saving the email template]

    • Email addresses

    • Only notify once

      • Yes

  1. Press “Save”
