Whitelist Engine via PIQ

Before setting the WL Engine up via PaymentIQ, it’s beneficial to understand the ins and outs and caveats of using the integration via PaymentIQ.

The flow is as follows:

  1. Deposit Initiation

    1. The player initiates the deposit through a cashier.

  2. PaymentIQ (PIQ) Rule Evaluation

    1. PIQ evaluates all predefined rules.

    2. A Payment Service Provider (PSP) is selected based on factors such as country, card type, and more.

    3. PaymentIQ sends a lookup request to PayInsight.

  3. PayInsight Response
    PayInsight responds to the lookup request and provides a risk score.

  4. PIQ Fraud Scoring & Re-Evaluation

    1. Based on the risk score, PIQ may either retain the same PSP, redirect to a different PSP, or block the transaction.

  5. Final Cashier Screen

    The client views the appropriate final cashier screen.
