Blacklisting a single user

Bulk blacklisting users

1. Navigate to the Whitelisting Page > Actions > “Bulk Blacklist (CSV)”

   

2. When uploading a CSV, per email, a reason for the blacklist MUST be provided. To see available reasons, download the CSV example provided.

   

3. Drag & drop/upload a CSV file with the emails that should be blacklisted.
   It will now look like this:

   

4. Press Upload and confirm that you want to blacklist the users

   

5. Done
