DNS Whitelisting

To enable automatic whitelisting for a client:

  1. Navigate to the appropriate Brand level in PayInsight.

  1. Go to Admin / Integration

  1. Press “Create New API” under DNS Whitelisting

You will now see the following modal:

Examples from top to bottom:

  • Integration name: {BRAND} DNS Whitelisting

  • PIQ Merchant ID(s): Enter one or several PIQ Merchant IDs
    Enter the Master MID if possible.

  • Brand Reference: The email subject sent to the PSP will include this. This is important if their legal name with the PSP differs from ours.

  • Match PIQ Merchant ID for whitelisting: If the client only wants to whitelist transactions from their own PIQ instances, this can be enabled.
