Canapay Whitelisting

To enable automatic whitelisting for a client:

  1. Navigate to the appropriate Brand level in PayInsight.

  1. Go to Admin / Integration

  1. Press “Create New API” under Canapay Whitelisting

You will now see the following modal:

Examples from top to bottom:

  • Integration name: {BRAND} Canapay Whitelisting

  • Canapay Merchant ID: Ask the client to get this for you.
    NOTE: The secret key in the PIQ config DOES NOT work

  • Canapay API Key: This can be taken from the PIQ Config (but better to ask just in case). Ex

  • PIQ Merchant ID(s): Enter one or several PIQ Merchant IDs
    At least enter the PIQ MID where the credentials are used.

  • Match PIQ Merchant ID for whitelisting: If the client only wants to whitelist transactions from their own PIQ instances, this can be enabled.
